Directions

For best results:

Apply to clean skin

Remove the protective film and dampen the nose area well with warm water

Apply the sticky side against skin and press so it adheres to the nose

Leave on for a minimum of 5-10 minutes

Gently remove the patch when it is completely dry

Soak sponge in warm water and use in a circular motion to remove leftover residue form nose strip

The sponge can also be used with your Proactiv cleanser

To clean sponge, rinse thoroughly with warm water and squeeze dry after each use
